I’m really enjoying Buggy Bootcamp with my little one. It’s great to get outside and exercising again, the exercises are manageable for new mums and is building my strength back up. I would highly recommend 😊
I have attended various Safy classes and have really enjoyed them all. The fact that I can bring my little girl with me to the day classes makes staying fit really accessible and I know that Hannah will always step in with some funny faces or baby bouncing to let me finish that last round of exercises! The classes are always fresh with new moves and formats and everyone who attends is really friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Hannah and Safy Fitness
I have absolutely taken to SAFY fitness more than i or anyone would have expected. Firstly, it's welcoming, like i was part of a family. It is absolutely child friendly for various ages.
You're able to work at your own body capacity, and there are always lower and high options depending on your fitness.
There is a variety of sessions throughout the week to choose from. It's great that it's outdoors. Lovely freash air for you and your kids if they join you.
It's empowering, friendly, fun, cost-effective, and great value. 👍 the best adjustment to my maternity leave post, baby.
We’ve all heard of these (the thing which makes us feel good!) and we know we get them from exercise but did you know people who train outside experience higher levels of post exercise endorphins? And not only will you feel better about yourself after an outdoor workout than you would an indoor one, did you know they also act as natural pain-relievers! Win win!
Sounds obvious and we can all recall our parents encouraging us outside for that all important “fresh air” but it’s benefits are far greater than you think. Not only is it invigorating and refreshing the high oxygen levels generated by this gorgeous stuff also increase efficiency of almost all the reactions in your body – from weight loss, improved sleep, reduced anxiety and lowering your resting heart rate, yep they are all accelerated by fresh air. How refreshing!
Helps you feel calm, alert and able. Exposure to the outdoor world boosts serotonin - so you’ll feel good about yourself and calm - ready to face the world!
This comes from natural sunlight which helps promote the absorption of calcium providing strength to the bones, reducing inflammation and boosting the immune system. Now you can’t get that in the gym!
This is so important if you are to sustain any exercise routine, and exercising outdoors gives you far more space and flexibility to perform exercise routines and work muscles functionally –things that just can’t be achieved in a gym.

After having my baby and giving myself excuses not to get back to exercise I decided it's time I got back to it. And I loved it, Hannah makes me feel comfortable to be in the session and I have enjoyed the variety of work outs within the session. Highly recommend
Safy fitness is brilliant, buggy bootcamp is a great, fun way to get back to fitness activities after having a baby, and a lovely way to meet other new mums as well. Have also done the kettlebells class which is really good, and will be starting ladies bootcamp soon!
Can’t recommend Hannah and buggy Boot Camp enough as a reintroduction to exercise after having a baby. The class is so friendly and relaxed and you manage to get a good workout even if your baby is not co-operating! Saturday bootcamp and kettlebells are also child friendly and are perfect when you’re ready to take the next step exercise wise.
