This offer gives you access to unlimited classes for 6 weeks, as well as expert help and support from experienced and qualified personal trainers, we can help you with your nutrition to help you reach your goals, wether that’s to lose weight, build muscle or both combined. You will receive a package to help you navigate the best way to understand your nutrition goals receive daily support, and help form others on the same journey as you, accountability and a structured, informative meal plan and recipe book. The information and guidance will help you reach goals you haven’t been able to reach on your own.

Started as a six week challenge, ended as a lifestyle change. For stronger fitter me. I’ve been frustrated with my postpartum belly for a while now. Exercising regularly but not seeing much change or fluctuation. Safy Fitness six week challenge looks at nutrition and excersize together, so with what seem like small changes to my diet and excersize routine (not big sacrifice’s) I’ve managed to achieve my goals. I started at 70/68kg and now I’m around 65kg - full of energy, feeling physically fitter. I don’t feel like I’ve been on a diet or compromised on fun but I have achieved my goals. I have made positive changes which I will continue on into the future! Thanks Hannah.
The 6 week challenge gave me a much needed push to address the pounds I had slowly gained over the last year. The weekly weigh in has given me a real focus and I am delighted with the results, having lost 5.5lb. I’ve learned healthier habits along the way and that small changes can make a big difference. Safy fitness 6 week challenge has been a brilliant way for me to build fitness, strength and to develop healthier eating habits. I have done fad diets in the past, and have promised myself never to do any again that focus purely on the number on the scale to the detriment of what my body actually needs.
The 6 week challenge was completely different. It focused on fueling my body with the right nutrients, building strength and developing a healthier relationship with food. I combined changes in my nutrition, mainly focusing on increasing protein, with the unlimited Safy bootcamps and had great results. I feel more energetic, stronger in workouts and my clothes fit better!
The information provided by the team was so comprehensive and Hannah and Jen were both really helpful and approachable. The WhatsApp chat was a great source of info and great for accountability and support.
In total, I lost just over a kg, but lost centimetres from my waist and hips. I wanted to try the 6 week challenge to improve my relationship with food and start healthier habits to take forward and teach my toddler about. It definitely achieved this!

Just wanted to say and big thank you to Hannah, Jen and all those who took part in the 6 week challenge. It's really helped me to get back on track. The set up was great with lots of useful info to get started and to begin thinking about what I was eating and when. I've made a changes to my diet which I feel are sustainable, most importantly increasing my protien, which has meant I haven't felt hungry. I'm manged to loose weight each week and cm all over 😀. This is with having an injury/ illness and not being able to go to as many bootcamps as I wanted. I'm definitely going to be continuing to follow the plan to reach my goals.
