I had been trying to lose weight since Christmas this year, here is my chart for my weight loss, can you tell when I did the last 6 week challenge πŸ€” I last weighed myself 13th September and I had hit my target of losing 1 stone!

You won’t regret it :) Hannah is amazing and will help you even if your goal isn’t to lose lbs and is to gain muscle the group is great to for sharing tips too and motivating each other. I just wanted to share that this isn’t a fad diet x

"The Change in mindset is great"


The 6 week challenge has really helped me to refocus on my nutrition after a disappointing injury stalled my training this year. Hannah has been so supportive and the little pep talks from the rest of the team have been amazing. The shared recipes have been great and are now part of our regular meal plans. The change in mindset is great, and I'm ready to make a difference to my overall health long term. Thanks Hannah! 😊

I do kettle bell classes on Mondays in the beautiful setting of Waterloo Park. Hannah's’s positive and cheery exhortations encourage us to do our very best without feeling bullied or inadequate.
The vibe is welcoming and inclusive.
The programmes change weekly so never boring. The variety and pace target cardio and strength giving an all over workout.
The exercises are demonstrated and done to rousing tuneage but we work at our own pace.
We have a great laugh too :-)

Really enjoy the mum and baby buggy fitness classes. Great to get some fresh air and exercise on a Monday morning whatever the weather (there are places to shelter if it rains). Classes are fun, varied and welcoming and of course baby friendly.

Safy sessions are really good fun as well as good exercise. It's a great way to meet new people for my daughter as well as myself, we often go for breakfast together after the Saturday class. My daughter (3) likes coming too and joining in where she can or playing with her new friends there. Hannah is very good at explaining the exercises and every week is different so it never gets boring ☺️
