With a passion for fitness that began in 1990 when I first picked up a set of dumbbells, I have dedicated my life to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. As a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with six years of professional experience, I offer a diverse range of training methods, including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT), Strength, Kettlebell, Strongman, and Mace Training. Currently, I’m furthering my expertise by studying for a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification. My approach blends tried-and-true techniques with innovative workouts to create a dynamic and effective fitness journey for everyone.
