*Introducing Our New Saturday Morning Kids Bootcamp!*
We’re excited to offer a brand-new bootcamp for primary school-aged children every Saturday morning at 8:45 am in Waterloo Park!
This fun, outdoor fitness session is led by a professional children's fitness instructor, designed to help kids enjoy the great outdoors while boosting their physical and mental well-being. Through exciting games and activities, children will build strength, balance, and coordination, while gaining confidence and making new friends.
Parents can relax knowing their children are in safe hands for an hour. You can take a walk through the park, visit the café, or even join our adult bootcamp, which runs at the same time!
Whether you're looking for a fun activity for your child or want to get in a workout yourself, our Saturday bootcamps are the perfect way for the whole family to stay active and enjoy the fresh air.
